By using the Alawako website or app you agree to these terms. The App is also covered by Apple’s Standard EULA.
1. The online alarm clock
The web alarm rings only while the page is open and your device is awake with sound on. Browsers can pause pages on sleeping computers or locked phones. Don’t rely on it for anything where missing an alarm could cause harm — medication, safety, critical travel.
2. Subscriptions (App)
- Alawako Pro is offered as auto-renewing weekly or monthly subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase, priced in the App.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple.
3. Use
Don’t reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the Site or App. Content you create stays yours.
4. Liability
The Site and App are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, including being late.
